Full time Client Implementation Manager We’re looking for a Client Implementation Manager to join our team and guide new customers through onboarding and setup. We are looking for high performers who thrive in dynamic environments.
What you'll do
Be the main point of contact during onboarding Coordinate bank and ERP integrations with both clients and internal teams Help clients set up payments, reporting, and treasury workflows Troubleshoot issues and work with our support and product teams when needed Share client feedback to help us improve Work with some of Europe’s most dynamic finance teams — from fast-growing companies to large multi-entity groups
What you'll bring
Someone who enjoys working with clients and getting things done Strong communication skills, structured in your approach Fluent in English and one other language (German is a plus) Comfortable around tech, banking, or finance tools You don’t need to code, but you should be able to talk to IT and Finance with confidence Experience in treasury, payments, ERP, or financial implementation is a big plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience You’re hands-on, proactive, and like to take ownership

You’ll work closely with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance teams to get Cobase up and running—helping them connect their banks, set up workflows, and start using our platform effectively from day one. This role sits at the intersection of finance, tech, and client success.
