Bank Implementation Manager

Full time Bank Implementation Manager We’re looking for a Bank Implementation Manager to join our team and help clients connect their banks, set up workflows, and get the most out of our platform from day one. We welcome high performers who thrive in dynamic, client-focused environments.

Act as the main point of contact for banks during onboarding of our clients Coordinate bank integrations with both client stakeholders and bank teams Establishing technical connectivity such as SWIFT, SFTP, EBICS and API. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with our support and product teams when needed Gather and share feedback to improve our platform and services Partner with some of worlds most dynamic finance teams and banks.

Result-oriented mindset with a “get things done” approach Strong communication skills and a structured way of working Fluent in English and at least one other language Comfortable working with technology, banking, or finance tools Ability to engage confidently with both IT and Finance stakeholders Prior experience in treasury, payments, ERP, or financial implementation is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership
