As a Senior Consultant – Insurance , you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and transformation in the insurance sector . You will work closely with industry leaders, regulators, and technology providers to design and implement strategic change initiatives. Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects within the insurance industry, ensuring successful execution. Develop and implement structured change management strategies , aligning with regulatory and technological shifts. Advise clients on key industry trends , including digital transformation, automation, and regulatory updates. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders , including insurers, pension funds, and regulators. Support business development efforts , leveraging your industry network to expand FiSer’s client base in insurance & pensions. Collaborate with technology partners to integrate digital solutions and enhance operational efficiency. Mentor and lead project teams , fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Contribute to FiSer’s overall strategy , helping shape the future of our consulting practice in the insurance sector. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated consultant with expertise in insurance, pensions, and financial services transformation .

A Master’s degree in a relevant field. 5+ years of experience in insurance, pensions or financial services , ideally within a consulting firm, insurance company, or bank . A strong network within the insurance industry , with experience engaging key decision-makers. Proven experience in leading transformation projects from initiation to implementation, managing risks and resolving conflicts. A deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and IT innovations in the insurance sector. Project and change management expertise in Agile environments. A passion for digital transformation , staying up to date with emerging technologies. Exceptional stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations. Fluent Dutch and English communication skills (written & verbal). The legal right to work in the Netherlands .
