What you'll do
As a Banking Consultant, you'll support transformation projects for our clients across operations, risk, compliance, finance, regulatory change and digital transformation - working alongside experienced consultants and client teams to analyse challenges, structure solutions and support implementation from start to finish. Create plans and delivery structures Manage and structure the delivery, excelling in communication, transparancy and insights Prepare deliverables, presentations, workshops and stakeholder updates. Collaborate with clients, consultants and industry experts in multidisciplinary teams. Contribute to FiSer's Banking practice through knowledge sharing and business-development support.
What you'll bring
We’re looking for ambitious professionals with a strong interest in Banking, financial services and business transformation. A Master's degree (WO) in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field - or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, fintech or consulting. Experience or strong interest in project management and delivery, change management and business analysis. Strong analytical skills and a can-do mindset Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Comfortable working in international, multidisciplinary teams. Fluent English (Dutch is a plus, not a requirement). Currently based in the Netherlands with valid work authorisation.
Nice to have
