About the role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Analyst with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to support recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and system integrations.
What you'll do
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
Manage Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience, and Onboarding processes.
Configure business rules, workflows, permissions, templates, and forms.
Support employee lifecycle management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related issues.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and enhancements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and recruitment operations within the SuccessFactors platform.
