Your recruiter: Freek Your job As Capability Lead Data Security Encryption, you design and develop organisation-wide encryption solutions for cloud and on-premise environments. You are an expert in cryptography, PKI and key management, safeguard secure key lifecycles, and help teams reliably protect data at rest, in transit and in use. Is this you? You have 5 to 8+ years of experience in enterprise cryptography, PKI, security engineering or a similar field. You understand symmetric and asymmetric encryption, TLS, SSH, IPSec, HSMs, certificate lifecycle management and PKI operations. You translate risks into clear advice. Together with the CISO Office, DevOps, application and infrastructure teams, you build a strong encryption capability in line with ISO 27001, EUCC, NIST CSF 2.0 and FIPS 140-3 standards. You provide direction on policies, automation and post-quantum cryptography, and align cryptographic building blocks with the security architecture. You have 5 to 8+ years of experience in enterprise cryptography, PKI, security engineering or a similar field. Deep knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric encryption, TLS, SSH, IPSec and OpenSSL. Experience with PKI operations, certificate lifecycle management and certificate automation. Knowledge of HSMs, secrets management and secure key lifecycle processes. Experience with encryption patterns for data at rest, data in transit and data in use. Knowledge of ISO 27001, EUCC, NIST CSF 2.0 and FIPS 140-3. Experience with Certificate Policy, Certificate Practice Statement and PKI hierarchy is a plus. A relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, ECES or equivalent is a plus.
