Your recruiter: Linda Your job As an Agile Performance Coach at VodafoneZiggo, you work within the Business Unit Technology. You help 2 to 3 teams collaborate more effectively, deliver more customer value and turn agreements into results. You take the time to understand the Tribe’s context, identify opportunities and use data to drive the right conversations.Together with Tech Leads, Technical Platform Leads and Chapter Leads, you bring structure, make improvements visible and ensure actions are followed up. You are given the space to grow in your role. Together with your People Lead, you work on your development and gradually take on more responsibility. This allows you to support more teams over time or work on more complex challenges. In this way, you keep growing while increasing your impact. Is this you? You are also curious about AI and enjoy experimenting with how this technology can contribute to better collaboration, smarter processes and stronger team performance. You enjoy helping teams move forward and want to develop yourself into a Performance Coach who truly makes a difference. In addition, you have: Higher professional or university-level working and thinking ability. 2 to 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Junior Project Manager, Team Manager or in a similar role. Experience with agile or lean ways of working. Affinity with data and translating insights into improvement actions. Experience bringing structure to a dynamic environment. The courage to take initiative and guide colleagues through change. An interest in technology and working with teams that build digital products. A good command of English; Dutch is a plus. The motivation to further develop yourself in agile, lean or performance coaching. Certifications such as PSM, SAFe, LeSS, Lean or a NOBCO coaching certification are a plus.
