For a leading engineering and project organization within the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Controls Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and controlling project schedules for complex pharmaceutical manufacturing projects. You will work closely with project teams, engineering partners, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered according to planning, budget, and quality requirements.

Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules for complex construction, engineering, commissioning, and validation projects. Review and analyze contractor and engineering schedules, progress reports, change requests, and schedule impacts. Perform schedule risk analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support effective project decision-making. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to track progress and identify potential delays or risks. Prepare project status reports, cost forecasts, and planning documentation for senior management.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial construction projects, with a strong focus on project scheduling and controls. Proven experience with complex engineering and construction projects, preferably within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries. Strong knowledge of commissioning and validation schedules within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Excellent experience with scheduling tools, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. In these situations, the employment agreement will be concluded with our client, and the employment conditions will be agreed upon directly between the candidate and the client.
