Waiter/Waitress

·      Welcoming guests at the assigned table. Presenting the menu and providing detailed information. Offering menu recommendations according to guests’ needs and demands and proactively up-sell and cross-sell when appropriate. ·      Taking orders, communicating necessary order details to the kitchen and bar team. Delivering the right dishes and beverages to the right guest at the right time. Handling checks and payment. ·      Preparing tables by setting up napkins and silverware, consistently checking and maintaining their cleanliness and presentation to ensure a tidy and clean dining area. Assisting back of house tasks to ensure Mise-en-place is ready for the next shift. ·      Adhering to all food and drinks safety regulations, policies, procedures and standards under the guidance from the supervisors or managers.
