Chef

We are looking for a passionate and talented chef to join the kitchen team to participate in the efficient restaurant operation and ultimately deliver the quality Cantonese dining experience to each guest. ·      Preparing, cooking and presenting all Oriental City Amsterdam dishes according to the correct recipe and the correct quantity at the highest quality at all time. ·      Ensuring your station is consistently sanitary and well-stocked. Setting up, cleaning down your station and preparing Mise- en-place as required. ·      Following directions provided by the Executive chef and assisting other areas of the kitchen when required. ·      Adhering to all health and safety, food safety and hygiene (HACCP) regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
