Steward/dish washer

You are responsible for ensuring all sanitation standards are met in the kitchen area. You will assist kitchen staff, ensure all areas are clean and sanitary. ·      Scraping food from dirty dishes, pots, pans, plates, flatware and glasses, washing dirty dishes and put them away. ·      Assisting with sweeping, mopping and polishing the kitchen area. ·      Assisting with unloading and storing deliveries. ·      Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles and keeping the garbage area clean and tidy. ·      Adhering to all food safety regulations, policies, procedures and standards under the guidance from the executive chef.
