·      Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to the order. ·      Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies, maintaining its cleanliness and presentation. ·      Performing back of house tasks, like polishing glasses, cutleries to ensure Mise en Place is ready for the next shift. Assist the waiters when needed. ·      Adhering to all food and beverage safety regulations, policies, procedures and standards under the guidance from the supervisors or managers.
