At Cargoplot, you'll lead our SDR team across the Netherlands, Belgium and the DACH region, reporting directly to our CEO. You'll start with a team of 11 SDRs (8 Dutch, 2 German and 1 Belgian), and you'll help us grow it over the coming year. Cargoplot gives importers full visibility and control over their Asia–Europe shipments, in an industry still run on opaque quotes and email chaos. Your team opens that conversation with the market every day.

Lead, coach and motivate a team of 11 SDRs across three markets, with weekly 1-on-1s, call reviews, hands-on feedback and training Own the team's targets for opportunities created and meetings booked, and track performance with clear, data-driven reporting Build and refine our outbound playbooks, cadences and messaging for phone, LinkedIn and email, tailored to each market Hire and onboard new SDRs as the team grows, and shape how we train them from day one Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover and high-quality pipeline Partner with Marketing on messaging, ABM campaigns, lead flow, and tooling (HubSpot, LinkedIn, outbound software). Be responsible for the data hygiene and logging of the SDR team Report directly to the CEO and help shape our go-to-market strategy in Benelux and DACH

At least 4 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics or a fast-growing company At least 1 year of experience leading a Sales or SDR team A proven track record of hitting team targets and building pipeline Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus Experience in freight forwarding is a strong plus, but not required A coach at heart: you get energy from making others better and know how to give direct, constructive feedback Data-driven and organised: you know your numbers and use them to steer the team Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, and comfortable working with sales tooling, AI and automation
