We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth Identify and develop new business opportunities in the CBRN market Maintain and expand relationships with key customers and partners Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, technical support and product development to ensure successful sales campaigns Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to ensure that the sales strategy remains competitive Qualifications A minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the defence industry and CBRN field Advanced degree in business or related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership and management skills Proven track record of achieving sales targets Strong technical knowledge of CBRN products and solutions Fluency in English Additional Information This is a full-time position with a competitive salary Travel is required for this position, estimated at 25% of the time.
