Are you an experienced HR Professional with a passion for people and organizational development? Join CEAD as an HR Generalist . In this role, you will be primarily responsible for planning and executing daily operational HR tasks within CEAD. This ranges from onboarding and administration to answering all kinds of employee questions. You will play a crucial part in further professionalizing our HR processes and strengthening our organizational culture and actively contribute to the growth and development of CEAD. Your support, administrative contributions and knowledge of labor laws, combined with strong social skills make you the perfect addition to the CEAD Team. Key Focus: HR Level: Medior / Senior Level Time Commitment : 0,8 – 1 fte Your Key Activities: You will be fully involved in daily HR operations and will support HR from A to Z on both operational and project-based tasks. End-to-End HR Operations: Manage and execute HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to contract changes and assisting both team leads / managers and employees on HR related topics. HR Administration: Support and manage administrative and organizational tasks related to recruitment, contracts, payroll processing, leave registration and employee records. HR Policy Development & Implementation: Participating in projects such as policy reviews, RI&E, performance management, process optimization, and supporting initiatives related to employee wellbeing and development. Help create, implement and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with CEAD’s strategic goals. Employee Relations & Advisory: Act as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate advice and guidance on policies, benefits, HR processes, and other HR and cla (cao M&T) matters. Absence & Health Management: Guide absence management processes in compliance with the Dutch Wet Poortwachter and ensure smooth employee reintegration. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage and support the recruitment process, from drafting job and function profile descriptions and screening candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
What you'll bring
HBO+ and at least 3 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a technical or fact growing organization Strong knowledge of Dutch labour laws (experience with the CAO Metaal & Techniek is a plus). Hands-on experience with HR administration, payroll processing, and HRIS. Experience with absence management and reintegration processes in accordance with the Wet Poortwachter. Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality A structured work ethic and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to switch between operational and strategic HR tasks. Professional communication skills in both Dutch and English (required for this role). Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and process optimization. Proven experience in supporting and independently managing processes for recruitment, onboarding, contracts and salary changes, and setting up and implementing HR policies and procedures.
