When you are not travelling, you will work from our production facility in Delft, where you will contribute to machine assembly, system integration, testing, preparation, and continuous improvement activities. electro-mechanical components, modules, subassemblies, and systems according to technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.Install and commission CEAD’s large-scale additive manufacturing systems at customer locations worldwide.Ensure installations are performed safely and according to CEAD’s technical specifications, procedures, and quality standards.Perform and support Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and other customer acceptance activities.Depending on experience and demonstrated competencies, independently take technical ownership of on-site installation and commissioning activities.Identify and communicate technical risks, deviations, dependencies, and required corrective actions during installation and commissioning.Provide clear technical handover of successfully commissioned systems.Field Service, Maintenance & Technical SupportPerform repairs, adjustments, replacements, upgrades, and modifications where required.Support customers in restoring machine availability and performance as efficiently as possible.Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant Engineering, Software, Production, or Project Engineering specialists when necessary.Follow up on technical issues to ensure appropriate corrective actions have been implemented.Customer Support & On-Site RepresentationAct as CEAD’s technical representative during installations, commissioning activities, maintenance, and service interventions.Maintain a professional and solution-oriented approach, including when working under time pressure or dealing with unexpected technical challenges.Build effective working relationships with customer technical teams while safeguarding CEAD’s technical and quality standards.System Testing & PreparationWhen not working internationally, you will contribute to Production and Assembly activities in Delft to maintain and further develop your technical knowledge of CEAD systems.Support the assembly and integration of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, modules, and complete systems.Verify the technical completeness and readiness of machines before international installation.Provide a field-service perspective during machine preparation to identify potential installation or service risks in advance.Ensure that the required tools, spare parts, documentation, equipment, and materials are prepared for upcoming installations and service activities.Continuous ImprovementContributes ideas to improve production processes, efficiency, safety, and quality.Provides feedback on work instructions, assembly procedures, and technical documentation.Supports standardization and process optimization initiatives.Actively participates in improvement projects and operational excellence affinity and background.A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in assembly, production, or a related technical field.Familiarity with a wide range of assembly tools.Experience working with large
