As an intern at CEAD, you will work in a technical and dynamic environment, contributing to projects within areas such as engineering, robotics, materials, software, or process optimization. You won’t just be shadowing, you’ll be able to support, build, test and improve. Whether you already have a defined internship or graduation project, or you’re still exploring possibilities, we’re happy to collaborate and shape a project together that fits both your learning goals and our innovation roadmap. We are looking for a creative and hands-on HubSpot CRM Specialist Intern or Working Student to join our Product Service team. Your mission: Creating a working, documented, and semi-automated process that enables real-time warranty checks in HubSpot, eliminating old manual sources. HubSpot CRM must become the Single Source of Truth for all sold product data. Key Focus: Product Service / HubSpot CRM (Process Architecture & Warranty Automation) Level: Intern / Working Student Time Commitment : 5 – 6 Months Your Key Activities: You will act as the internal HubSpot expert and process architect. Your mission: design and implement the foundation for this new data strategy and streamline processes across teams Stakeholder Management & Process Design Organize workshops with key stakeholders (Sales, Projects, Service) to map current inefficiencies in data transfer and warranty logic. Design and validate optimized processes for creating and maintaining serial number data. Custom Object Implementation & Data Architecture Build a Custom Object in HubSpot for all sold systems and components (with serial numbers). Define and configure properties (e.g., SAT date, shipping date, product type, warranty period). Data Migration & Process Automation Migrate historical serial number data (last 3 years) from Exact, Notion, and Excel into HubSpot. Create smart HubSpot forms for structured data collection. Warranty Automation Implement workflows that automatically calculate warranty status based on business logic: Full systems: 12 months after SAT date. Components (extruders): 12 months after shipping date. Documentation & Training Deliver clear technical documentation and train Service and Project teams on the new process.
What you'll bring
HBO/WO student (Business Administration, Commercial Economics, IT/Process Management, or similar). Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (workflows, properties, ideally custom objects). Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and consultancy skills for stakeholder engagement.
