Chief Information Security & Infrastructure Officer (CISIO)

Integris is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security & Infrastructure Officer (CISIO) EMEA to lead our regional IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and digital transformation strategy. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring secure, resilient and scalable technology operations across our European business while supporting continued growth and innovation. Working within a highly regulated defence environment, you will oversee enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP governance and digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with operational responsibility. You will lead distributed IT teams, manage external technology partners and work closely with business leaders to deliver secure, efficient and future-ready technology solutions.

As Chief Information Security & Infrastructure Officer (CISIO) EMEA, you will: Develop and execute the overall IT infrastructure strategy across multiple European locations. Ensure the availability, resilience and performance of business-critical systems, networks and production IT environments. Standardise infrastructure architecture, governance and support models across the region. Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance and compliance across all business operations. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks including NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR and export control requirements. Oversee risk management, vulnerability assessments and incident response processes. Drive cloud strategy, hybrid infrastructure and the modernisation of legacy systems. Lead ERP governance, optimisation and integration with manufacturing, quality and supply chain systems. Identify and implement digital technologies, automation and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency. Develop and manage IT budgets, investment plans and strategic vendor relationships. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years’ experience in senior IT leadership roles within international organisations. Extensive experience in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, ERP governance and digital transformation. Experience within defence, aerospace, manufacturing, critical infrastructure or similarly regulated industries. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms and Microsoft technologies. Excellent understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance and regulatory compliance. Experience implementing AI and digital technologies within enterprise environments. Proven ability to lead international, cross-functional IT teams. Experience supporting production or operational technology (OT) environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent written and spoken English.
