About the role
The Engineering Project Manager leads technical project execution from concept through product realization within the Armor Development group. This role manages product development, engineering changes, qualification activities, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and internal management system procedures.
What you'll do
Lead cross-functional project execution in accordance with AS9100 requirements Develop and manage product development plans (ENG-036) Perform PDR and CDR reviews and oversee engineering documentation Coordinate qualification and certification activities (NIJ, FAT) Manage engineering changes, risk registers, and corrective actions Support proposal efforts including EBOM development, compliance matrices, and NRE definition Lead qualification test planning, scheduling, reporting, and external lab coordination partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to deliver program objectives
What you'll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred or in progress) Minimum 5 years of project management experience Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality systems Defense industry experience preferred Experience with Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes Eligible for Secret-level security clearance Strong leadership, technical communication, and organizational skills Applications can be sent to: [email protected]
