What you'll do

You will: Partner with the Global BU Management Team and Group function leaders to provide strategic HR advice on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, leadership and change initiatives. Translate business plans into people strategies, identifying capability needs, succession risks, organizational implications and workforce requirements. Build strong relationships with line managers and proactively coach and support them on leadership, performance management, employee engagement and team effectiveness. Lead and support organizational changes, ensuring people impacts are carefully considered and changes are implemented successfully. Drive talent management activities, including succession planning, employee development, performance reviews and leadership development initiatives. Manage day-to-day HR activities for assigned populations, including employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management and compliance with employment legislation. Contribute to the ongoing development of global HR processes, systems and practices, helping improve consistency, efficiency and the overall employee experience across Radio Holland. What Does Success Look Like? A person is successful in this role when they: Establish themselves as a trusted HR advisor to the BU Management Team and key business leaders within the first year. Successfully support organizational growth and change initiatives while maintaining employee engagement and business continuity. Improve leadership capability through proactive coaching, effective people management support and leadership development initiatives. Deliver high-quality HR operations while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Contribute to the development of a more data-driven, proactive and business-focused HR function that supports Radio Holland’s long-term strategy. What you'll bring

Required Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline. Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, People Manager or similar HR leadership role. Proven experience advising senior leaders and supporting organizational change. Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR best practices. Experience across core HR disciplines including employee relations, talent management, performance management and recruitment. Strong coaching, stakeholder management and influencing skills. Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken. Preferred Experience working in an international and matrix organization. Experience supporting project-based, technical or maritime businesses. Experience with HR transformation initiatives, HR systems implementation or process improvement. Familiarity with workforce analytics and data-driven decision-making. We are looking for an experienced People Manager / HR Business Partner to support a Global Business Unit and selected Radio Holland Group functions. This role combines strategic HR Business Partnering with operational people management responsibilities and plays a key role in strengthening the connection between people, organization and business performance. As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will help translate business priorities into people strategies, support organizational development and leadership effectiveness, and ensure excellent HR delivery. You will join in an exciting time, where you can contribute to building the HR function to the next phase. The role is part of the Global HR team and reports to the Global People Director.
