As a Shovel Operator, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of material at our terminal. Operating your CAT 980 or CAT 988, you ensure that the crushing and screening facilities can operate at optimal capacity. Your responsibilities will include: Operating the front-end loader independently and managing the supply of materials to the production facilities. Working closely with colleagues in production and logistics to ensure the process runs efficiently. Identifying unusual occurrences, deviations, and potential improvements in the production process. Contributing to a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Daily maintenance of the facility, machinery, and grounds Supporting colleagues as needed to keep the entire production process running smoothly. Who are you? You have experience as a shovel operator, preferably with heavy equipment. You are willing to work three shifts. You work carefully, maintain a clear overview, and take responsibility for safety and quality. You feel at home in an industrial work environment and enjoy working outdoors. You are a team player who communicates clearly and works well with colleagues. You have a practical mindset and enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting to work. What do we offer?
