As Technical Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run at peak performance. This is a hands-on leadership position in which you will combine practical maintenance work with team coordination, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with the Technical Engineer and Technical Manager to ensure that maintenance activities and projects are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead the Team Forward Lead and support the daily activities of the maintenance team. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance tasks and project . Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard. Foster a positive team culture based on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead by example through active participation in day-to-day maintenance activities. Keep Our Operations Running at Their Best Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations throughout the site. Support technical projects and operational improvement initiatives. Identify and communicate requirements for materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure they are available on time. Work proactively to improve equipment reliability and operational performance. Contribute technical expertise to help minimize downtime and optimize production. Champion of Safety, Quality, and Sustainability Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the company's HSE standards and safe work practices. Conduct and verify risk assessments before work begins. Promote a strong safety culture and proactively identify opportunities to improve workplace safety. Monitor completed work and report any quality issues or deviations. Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional. Work Closely with Technical Leadership Provide regular updates on maintenance activities, technical challenges, and project . Communicate effectively with the Technical Engineer and Technical Manager to align priorities and resources. Ensure that maintenance records and documentation are completed accurately and on time. Contribute to planning and continuous improvement discussions throughout the organization. What You’ll Bring We are looking for a hands-on leader who combines technical expertise with a proactive and safety-focused mindset. Ideally, you should have: A technical trade certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent technical education. Experience in industrial maintenance in the quarrying, mining, manufacturing, processing, or other heavy industry sectors. Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate teams in a practical operational setting. Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems. A good understanding of HSE requirements and a commitment to safe work practices.
