Production Team Leader

As a Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our production facility. Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager and reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading production teams and ensuring that quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. Operating within a three-shift production environment, you will help create a positive and engaging workplace while maintaining a strong focus on operational performance, safety, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure stable and effective day-to-day operations.

* Lead and coordinate production employees across day, evening, and night shifts * Ensure safe, stable, and efficient production operations * Manage staffing levels to support production requirements * Monitor and follow up on production performance, quality metrics, and operational efficiency * Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures * Motivate, coach, and develop team members to support engagement and performance * Address operational challenges and implement timely solutions * Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects * Promote effective communication and collaboration between shifts * Support a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence

We are looking for a hands-on leader with solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
