About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead the morning team, inspect cleaned rooms, and ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet strict 4-star standards before full check-out/check-in service begins.

Shift Hours: Early morning starts at 06:00 or 07:00 (approx. 6–8 hours/shift)

Location: Utrecht area (must live in Utrecht or the immediate surroundings due to the early start times)

Key Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms, suites, and common areas for cleanliness and detail.

Coordinate daily room allocations and guide the housekeeping team during service.

Ensure stock levels, linen closets, and supply carts are fully prepped for the shift.

Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property directly to management.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory, team-lead, or senior role.

Must be based in or near Utrecht with reliable transportation for a 06:00/07:00 AM start.

Strong eye for detail, reliable, and capable of keeping a team motivated.

Good communication skills in English or Dutch.

Hourly wage according to the Dutch Hospitality (Horeca) CAO based on experience.
