Join Recolo and work at a prestigious 4-star hotel in the heart of Utrecht. One fixed location, weekly pay every Friday, and a team that supports you. We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Recolo. You will be placed with one of our trusted clients, working on location at a well-established 4-star hotel in Utrecht. This role offers a dynamic front-desk environment with shift flexibility and the chance to grow within the hospitality industry.

💛 WHAT YOU GET:

€15.21/hour + weekly holiday allowance

One fixed location in Utrecht (no travelling between hotels)

Shift variety – choose between AM or PM start times

🕒 AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 10:00 – 18:00 & 11:00 – 19:00 & 12:00 – 20:00

(These are current openings; an intermediate shift with a temporary worker may also become available.)

💻 YOUR DAY:

Welcome and check-in/check-out guests with a warm, professional attitude

Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries

Answer phone calls and emails promptly

Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area

Use the Opera PMS system for daily operations (experience is a strong advantage)

Follow hotel security, safety, and hygiene protocols

Provide local recommendations and assist guests with special requests

✅ YOU HAVE:

Previous experience in a hotel reception or front-desk role (required)

Experience with Opera PMS – highly preferred (or willing to learn quickly)

Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

A friendly, professional, and problem-solving attitude

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed

Legal right to work in the Netherlands
