Key Responsibilities

As the Head Chef in Eindhoven , you will manage a small team consisting of a Kitchen Assistant and an Independent Cook.

Prepare, maintain, and oversee the quality and presentation of the daily lunch buffet.

Manage kitchen safety, hygiene, and allergen standards according to HACCP rules.

Lead, coach, and schedule your kitchen team effectively.

Handle procurement, inventory ordering, cost management, and food waste reduction.

Essential Requirements

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume or production kitchen, with leadership experience.

Language: Clear communication skills in English or Dutch.

Qualification: Solid culinary skills, HACCP knowledge, and cost-conscious planning.

Radius: Based in or near the Eindhoven region.
