Senior Paralegal

As a Paralegal, you are responsible for organizing and overseeing the legal and administrative processes within the organization. You work independently, maintain an overview, and ensure that everything is properly handled. What will you do? You will serve as the point of contact for legal and administrative matters and report to management You are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date corporate housekeeping for all entities You will manage and support KYC processes and related documentation You manage and update the insurance portfolio You draft and review (international) agreements and standard documentation You oversee and coordinate the contract signing and registration process You will maintain contact with external legal advisors and ensure that matters are handled efficiently What are you bringing? A completed law degree (e.g., a bachelor's degree in law from a university of applied sciences) Several years of relevant work experience as a paralegal or in a similar role Experience with corporate housekeeping and/or KYC is a plus You work with precision and in an organized manner, and you maintain a clear overview You are independent, proactive, and enjoy taking the initiative You have a good command of Dutch and English What do we offer?
