HR Associate

Due to the growth of our organization, we are looking for a hands-on HR employee at Bontrup head office Bontrup Amsterdam, who will provide excellent support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. What will you do? In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and timely HR administration and will support the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the HR Manager and serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and external parties. In addition, you effortlessly maintain an overview, even when multiple priorities are at play simultaneously. You work with precision, think ahead, and ensure that employment contracts, personnel changes, and personnel files are always in order. Furthermore, you identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and make them more efficient, and you take the initiative in this regard. Because you support multiple companies in different countries, you’ll deal with a wide range of employment conditions, laws, and regulations, as well as international HR issues. This makes the role not only versatile, but also challenging and dynamic. Please bring MBO+ or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably with a focus on HRM; Experience in an HR administrative or HR support role; An independent, entrepreneurial, and hands-on approach; Accuracy and attention to detail; Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
