About the role
Every morning, you help prepare the rooms that international travelers, couples, and weekend explorers call home during their stay in Amsterdam. Working in a bustling 4-star hotel right in the heart of the city, you will be part of a diverse team where your hard work is noticed and rewarded from day one. You will be fully employed by Recolo, meaning you get a fixed contract, weekly pay, and a recruiter who speaks your language.
What you'll do
Clean and refresh guest rooms to high 4-star standards
Make beds, change linens, and replenish fresh towels
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms
Restock room amenities like coffee, tea, and toiletries
Keep public hotel areas neat and welcoming for arriving guests
Report any maintenance issues or lost items to your team leader
What you'll bring
Basic English: You can understand simple instructions and chat with your teammates (Spanish, Ukranian, and Portuguese also accepted)
Reliability: You show up on time and take pride in leaving a room spotless.
Availability: You are flexible to work morning or afternoon shifts, including weekends.
Experience (Nice-to-have): Previous cleaning experience in a hotel is great, but we also offer full training through the Recolo Academy if you are new to the role.
What's on offer
Salary: €16.19 per hour (incl. holiday allowance)
Hours: 24, 32, or 38 hours per week (flexible contracts)
